Eligible participants must be Jewish males 13 years or older who are eligible to participate in a Jewish Orthodox minyan according to the rules of the Shulhan Aruch and the customs of the Syrian and Near Eastern Jewish Communities of New York.
Offer is valid for eligible participants seeking to fulfill their obligation to pray with a minyan at Congregation Bnai Yosef at 1616 Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11223.
Individuals who have already fulfilled their daily obligation to pray arbit are limited to (4) four per minyan. Only the first (4) four such participants to arrive in the room and receive a numbered card are eligible to redeem a certificate.
Offer is in effect from Sunday through Thursday, not including Jewish holidays or fast days at the following scheduled minyan times: 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm, and 10:00pm.
To qualify for the $10 award certificate, eligible participants must:
a. Arrive in the minyan location before the scheduled minyan time as determined by the digital clock in the hallway of Bnai Yosef.
b. Request a numbered card from the attendant present in or around the minyan location before the scheduled minyan start time.
c. Remain in the room where the minyan is to take place continuously for at least 10 minutes from the start of the scheduled minyan start time. If the participant wishes to leave the room for any reason, he must surrender his numbered card and will not be eligible for the award certificate.
d. If a quorum of 10 men has not arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled start of the minyan, eligible participants may immediately redeem their numbered card for the award certificate.
e. If a quorum of 10 men arrives within 10 minutes after the scheduled start of the minyan, all participants must still return numbered cards to the attendant at or before the end of the minyan, but award certificates will not be issued.
The $10 award certificate to a local kosher restaurant has no cash value and may be substituted by the management for another promotional item or certificate of equal or greater value.
Award certificates are redeemable only at the establishment specified on the certificate itself.

All claims and disputes will be decided by Congregation Bnai Yosef management which retains absolute and final authority over all matters pertaining to this offer.
Participation in any minyan at Congregation Bnai Yosef signifies full acceptance of all these terms.
